1. Overview & Data Philosophy

Nonogram ("we", "our", "us") operated by Kuyu Labs respects your privacy rights. We do not collect or store personal identifiers such as your real name, email address, phone number, or home address. This policy explains what services we use and how data is processed.

2. Internal House Promotions (No Third-Party Ads)

We do not display third-party advertisements or integrate third-party ad brokers (such as Google AdMob or external ad networks).

Own Apps Only: Any promotional banners or cross-promotions shown inside Nonogram are exclusively for our own games developed by Kuyu Labs.
Zero Third-Party Ad Tracking: We do not share your device Advertising ID with third-party ad networks or external advertisers.

3. Google Play Services & Play Games

We utilize official Google Play Services APIs for app infrastructure and optional Google Play Games features.

Google Play Games: If you choose to sign in, achievement progress and leaderboard scores are processed by Google under Google's Privacy Policy.
Optional Sign-In: Google Play Games sign-in is completely voluntary and can be disconnected at any time.

4. Firebase Analytics & Remote Config

We use Google Firebase services limited strictly to Firebase Analytics and Firebase Remote Config at maximum to maintain game stability and improve gameplay balance.

Firebase Analytics: Collects anonymous telemetry (such as level completion rates, app launch events, and crash logs) to diagnose bugs and optimize puzzle difficulty.
Firebase Remote Config: Allows us to adjust game parameters (such as hint token rewards, daily challenge timing, or event banners) dynamically without requiring a full app update.
Anonymized Telemetry: All analytics data is aggregated and anonymized without linking to your personal identity.

5. Local Device Storage

All your core gameplay progress is saved locally on your Android device using standard Android DataStore and SharedPreferences.

Solved puzzle grids, level stars, and current streak statistics.
Custom puzzles created using the in-game Puzzle Creator.
User settings (haptics, sound effects, theme choices, auto-check preferences).

6. Data Deletion & User Rights

You have total ownership and control over your data. You may delete or request deletion of your information at any time through the following methods:

Delete Local Game Data: Clear all local save files and progress instantly by navigating to Android Settings > Apps > Nonogram > Storage & Cache > Clear Storage.
Disconnect Play Games: Revoke access to Google Play Games via Google Account Settings > Data & Privacy > Third-party apps with account access > Nonogram.
Request Data Deletion Support: If you wish to submit a data deletion inquiry regarding Firebase Analytics, email us at kuyu.labs.contact@gmail.com. We will process your deletion request within 48 hours.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR)

Nonogram is a family-friendly logic puzzle game. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable data from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EU). Our app includes no public chat rooms or social profiling.
