This policy informs you of our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use Kuyu Minesweeper Pro (the "Application").

        Privacy-First Commitment: We believe in minimal data collection. We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, precise locations, or any personal identifiers on our own servers. Optional integration with Google Play Games Services is processed directly by Google and is not stored by us.
    

1. Information Collection and Use

To improve the "Pro" experience, sync achievements, and ensure game balance across our 10+ game modes, we use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data and integrate with Google Play Games Services.

Anonymous Usage Statistics: We track events such as game mode selection, difficulty level completion, and time taken to solve puzzles. This helps us understand which features our users enjoy most.
No Personal Identifiers on Our Servers: We have explicitly disabled the collection of Advertising IDs (AAID), device serial numbers, and IP addresses for analytics. Optional Google Play Games profile identifiers are handled directly by Google.
No Third-Party Advertising: The application remains strictly free from third-party advertising networks and does not share your activity with any data brokers. The app may display direct, non-targeted links or banners for other games developed by Kuyu Labs (first-party cross-promotions).
Google Play Games Services (Optional): If you choose to sign in, the Application connects to Google Play Games to sync your achievements, submit high scores to global leaderboards, and update your XP. This data is stored securely on Google's servers.

Unless you opt-in to Google Play Games Services, game progress, such as high scores and custom settings, is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

2. Data Deletion Policy

Under Google Play’s Data Safety policies, we provide users with the ability to request the deletion of their data. Because Kuyu Minesweeper Pro does not collect personal information or maintain user accounts on our own servers, there is no personally identifiable data to delete from our systems.

If you wish to clear the anonymous usage data associated with your current installation, you may do so by following these steps:

Open your device Settings.
Navigate to Apps > Kuyu Minesweeper Pro.
Select Storage & Cache and tap Clear Data.
Alternatively, uninstalling the application will remove all locally stored data.

Additionally, if you have linked your game with Google Play Games Services and wish to delete your synced achievements, scores, or profile linkage, you can delete this data directly through the Google Play Games app settings on your device (under "Delete Play Games account & data"), or via your Google Account's data settings page.

3. Service Providers

We use Google Firebase (an Alphabet Inc. service) to provide analytics. This service is configured to handle data in an aggregated, anonymous manner that does not identify individual users. We also use Google Play Games Services to manage achievements and leaderboards.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our Application is suitable for all ages. Because we do not collect personal information, we do not knowingly or unknowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. If you believe any data has been sent to us in error, please contact us immediately.
