Ball-E prioritizes offline-first player privacy. All core game progress is stored directly on your mobile device:

  • Saga map level progression, high scores, combo multiplier stats, and unlocked stars.
  • Unlocked ball skins, active visual themes, trail effects, and physics profile settings.
  • Audio/SFX volume levels, haptic feedback options, colorblind mode, and HUD layout options.

B. Automatically Collected Information

When playing Ball-E, technical non-identifiable information may be automatically collected by device operating systems and analytics frameworks:

  • Device hardware model, Android OS version, screen resolution, and system language.
  • Anonymous gameplay metrics (session length, levels cleared, game over counts).
  • System diagnostic crash logs to help maintain game stability.

Zero Personal Data: We do not collect or store your real name, email address, physical address, contacts, photo gallery, or precise GPS location.

2. In-App Purchases & Payments

Ball-E offers optional cosmetic and supporter items such as the Supporter VIP Pass.

All transactions are strictly processed through official app store billing systems (Google Play Store, Amazon Appstore, or Huawei AppGallery). We never store or collect your financial data or payment details on external servers.

3. How We Use Information

Information collected is used strictly to maintain and enhance your gaming experience:

  • To save your local game achievements and unlocked content.
  • To identify and patch bugs, preventing game crashes.
  • To balance game difficulty and optimize frame rates across different device profiles.

The game may integrate services provided by third parties operating under their respective privacy policies:

Ball-E is family-friendly and suitable for players of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Union).

Local progress files are secured within the app's sandboxed storage directory on Android. We employ standard industry protocols to protect against unauthorized data access or modification.

You maintain full control over your stored data and have the right to request deletion of your data at any time:

  • Clear Local Game Data: You can clear all locally stored game progress, high scores, and settings directly on your device by navigating to Settings > Apps > Ball-E > Storage > Clear Data.
  • Uninstall Application: Uninstalling Ball-E permanently removes all local app sandbox data from your device.
  • Account & Feedback Data Deletion: If you have sent support emails or feedback to Kuyu Labs, you can request permanent deletion of your communication history by emailing us at kuyu.labs.contact@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. We process all deletion requests within 30 days.
